Long project, little time to complete it.

I'm a 15 year old developer and recently, i've been going to a programming class called "Coderdojo". So what they've done is they've said that we are going to be creating our own projects instead of all working on the same thing like we did before. So my project is a game called "Bullet Time" where the player must strategically move their limbs to avoid oncoming bullets in slowmotion. I wanted the player to be able to move each limb; arms, knees, upper legs, hips. It turns out i dreamed too big and now, the project that I could have finished easily is gonna be interrupted because I have some pretty important exams coming up in school that i need to spend most my time studying for. I don't wanna just abandon the project but I also don't wanna do badly in my exams and now i find that i can barely spend and hour a day working on Bullet Time. I'm using Unity for this project because it would be terrible in 2D and unity is the most, beginner friendly, 3D engine i know. I'm hoping that I can have someone who knows how to do these basic things basically explain how i'll do the project. As much as i'd love to finish the project myself, I have no time to complete it and i'm afraid i'll be presenting something unplayable at the presentation. I've made games that would take this long before, but now that i've got a deadline and not enough time before that deadline, i don't think i'll be able to finish in time, all by myself. I feel like my problems are happening more with the engine and editor than with the actual code, but so far my biggest problem and question is how i'll get the main character moving. So far, i've managed to create a really terrible ragdoll that just falls apart. I have one main question. To add movement to the ragdoll, do i need to use vector maths or can i use constant force components to just add a temporary bit of momentum upwards or downwards? Two. How do I create a proper ragdoll? As soon as I use the ragdoll feature in the editor, the ragdoll either falls apart when it enters the scene, or spazzes right out of the play area. My best attempt so far got me a ragdoll that stands on two feet but whose arms and head just fall right to the floor. This happened after i edited the character joints a bit. Basically, in the ragdoll creator interface, i set an empty gameobject placed right on the ragdolls chest as the root, and the middle spine was the body of the ragdoll. What annoys me is that i've seen people piece together a really detailed character in Mixamo and Mecanim, in about 5 minutes, and my character, who is really basic (literally he's just a bunch of white blocks resembling a humanoid) has taken this long to ragdoll correctly. When i do ragdoll him, his limbs float around him like Rayman. Please, i'm not asking for someone to just write my code, i'm just asking for support with the editor so i can hopefully get this project and my exams done. Also, i'm writing code in JS, incase anyone needs to know. I just want an expert who can tell me how to easily complete these rather simple tasks and possible check back here to see if i have a new, simple problem. Wow, this probably dragged on for a really long time.
